Instructions

- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, then top with soda water.
- Stir gently for 5 seconds to mix without losing bubbles.
- Optional Garnish: Add a twist of yuzu peel or a thin lemon slice for fragrance.
- Optional: Add a few fresh basil leaves before shaking for a green, herbal layer.
