Ingredients

  • 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Place a rocks glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice water to pre-chill for a smoother pour.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes to achieve proper chilling and dilution.
  3. Add whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy.
  4. Discard the ice from the rocks glass, then strain the cocktail into it over fresh ice.
