A clean, thirst-quenching watermelon cooler balanced with lime and a hint of salt.

- 1 1/4 cups Seedless Watermelon, chilled and cubed
- 2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- Pinch of Black Salt (or regular salt)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Blend watermelon until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Stir in lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Pour over ice. Garnish with mint.
