  • 1/2 cup Cold Milk (or oat milk)
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch of Cinnamon and Ginger
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Set out a clean serving glass.
  2. Fill the glass completely with fresh ice.
  3. Add all listed ingredients (except the ice) directly into the glass.
  4. Stir gently until evenly combined and well chilled.
