- 60 ml Water
- 2 tsp Finely Ground Turkish Coffee
- Sugar (To Taste)
Instructions
- In a cezve (turkish coffee pot), combine water, coffee grounds, and sugar if using.
- Stir to combine and place the cezve over low heat.
- Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until a foam begins to form on the surface.
- Remove from heat and spoon the foam into the coffee cups.
- Return the cezve to the heat and let it come to a final boil.
- Pour the remaining coffee into the cups, being careful not to disturb the foam.
