Instructions
- Soak chia seeds for 10–15 minutes until they swell slightly. Rinse and hull strawberries.
- Add strawberries, yogurt (or milk), soaked chia seeds, honey, lime juice, and a few ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until creamy and evenly thickened.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass, letting the smoothie settle naturally.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a strawberry slice on the rim or a sprinkle of chia on top.
- Enjoy chilled — fruity, tangy, and packed with energy.
- Optional tip: For extra fiber and creaminess, add half a banana or a spoon of oats before blending.
