- 2 Dashes Peychaud’S Bitters
- Lemon Twist For Garnish
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess.
- In a separate mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with bitters.
- Add the rye whiskey and ice, then stir until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Express the oil from a lemon twist over the drink and drop it in.
