- Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the texture turns smooth, creamy, and lightly frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness – the banana adds natural sugar, so go easy on honey or syrup.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass, sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg, and serve immediately.
- Optional Garnish: Top with a spoon of whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for a festive dessert-style presentation.
