Instructions
- Measure all liquids and keep the rum and lime juice chilled. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add dark rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters to the shaker. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled completely with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of club soda to lift the drink and balance the sweetness.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add an orange slice and a maraschino cherry for a bright tropical presentation.
- Enjoy chilled — smooth, citrusy, and full of island warmth.
