Ingredients

Scale
  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Angostura Bitters For Garnish
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white (without ice).
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds (dry shake).
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a few drops of angostura bitters on top of the foam.
