Instructions
- Muddle jalapeño slices and coriander leaves gently in the shaker to release oils and spice.
- Add tequila, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice.
- Shake hard for 20 seconds until icy cold and aromatic.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice to remove seeds and bits.
- Optional Garnish: Float a thin jalapeño wheel or a small coriander leaf on top.
- Optional: Rim the glass with chili salt for extra fire or substitute honey syrup for a softer sweetness.
