Instructions
- If using fresh pear, blend until smooth and strain to remove pulp. Extract fresh ginger juice for the best flavor.
- In a highball glass filled with ice, combine pear juice, ginger juice, and lemon juice.
- Pour in chilled water and stir gently for 10–15 seconds until evenly mixed and well chilled.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a thin pear slice on the rim or a fresh mint sprig for color.
- Enjoy cold — mellow, tangy, and lightly spiced.
- Optional tip: Add a splash of sparkling water for fizz or a drizzle of honey if you prefer it sweeter.
