- 120 ml Greek Yogurt
- 120 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Honey Or Maple Syrup (Optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- If you want it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup to taste and blend again.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
