- 1/4 cup Passion Fruit Pulp (or juice)
- 3/4 cup Chilled Water
- 1/4 cup Sparkling Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Set a highball glass in the fridge for a couple of minutes or fill it with ice while preparing.
- In the chilled glass, add passion fruit pulp, chilled water, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently for 30–45 seconds until the flavors blend and the drink looks bright and uniform.
- Pour in the sparkling water slowly to preserve the fizz. Give a brief, gentle stir.
- Top up with a few fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon slice or a mint sprig and serve immediately.
