- 90 ml Pineapple Juice
- 30 ml Orange Juice
- 30 ml Coconut Cream
- Pineapple Slice or Orange Wheel (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled and creamy.
- Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- Grate fresh nutmeg on top for aroma and finish.
- Optional Garnish: Add a pineapple wedge or orange wheel with a cocktail umbrella for that true tiki feel.
- Optional: Add a dash of cinnamon for warmth or blend instead of shaking for a smoother texture.
