- 120 ml Apple Juice
- 1 Small Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 50 ml Sparkling Water (chilled)
- Apple Slice or Cinnamon Stick (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Add apple juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, lemon juice, and honey to a small saucepan.
- Warm over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the spices infuse and the aroma deepens – do not boil.
- Remove from heat, strain into a serving glass, and let cool slightly.
- Top with chilled sparkling water for a light fizz and gentle sweetness.
- Optional Garnish: Add a thin apple slice or a cinnamon stick for aroma.
- Optional: Replace sparkling water with ginger ale for a spicier sparkle or chill the entire drink for a cold-serve version.
