Instructions
- Squeeze fresh mosambi juice and strain it for a clear, smooth texture. Measure out ginger juice and chilled water.
- In a chilled highball glass, add mosambi juice, ginger juice, and chilled water.
- Fill the glass with fresh ice cubes and stir gently for 20–30 seconds until evenly mixed and cold.
- Taste once — if you like it sweeter, add a dash of honey or simple syrup; for more spice, add a few extra drops of ginger juice.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a mint sprig or a lime slice for freshness and color.
- Enjoy chilled — tangy, lightly spiced, and instantly refreshing.
