Ingredients

- 2 Chamomile Tea Bags
- 3/4 cup Hot Water
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4–5 Mint Leaves
- Ice Cubes
- Honey to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Steep tea bags in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Remove.
- Add honey (optional) and cold water. Cool slightly.
- Pour over ice with mint. Add lemon juice.
- Stir and serve.
