Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Chilled Water
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 12 tsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Black Salt
  • Pinch of Roasted Cumin
  • 45 Mint Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Mint sprig or lemon wheel (Optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse mint leaves and lightly crush them between your palms to release aroma. Keep all ingredients chilled.
  2. In a highball glass, combine chilled water, lemon juice, sugar, black salt, roasted cumin, and mint leaves.
  3. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes and stir gently for 15–20 seconds until the sugar dissolves and the flavors blend evenly.
  4. Add a pinch more salt or cumin for a stronger masala edge, or extra sugar for balance.
  5. Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a mint sprig or a thin lemon wheel on top for a fresh, vibrant touch.
  6. Enjoy chilled — tangy, spiced, and wonderfully refreshing with every sip.
