- 60 ml Bourbon Whiskey
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
- 8 -10 Mint Leaves
- Crushed Ice
Instructions
- In a julep cup, gently muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon and stir until the outside of the cup is frosty.
- Garnish with a large sprig of mint.
