- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Cold Milk or Water
- 1–2 tsp Sugar (to taste)

Instructions
- Use chilled mango pulp and yogurt for the best texture. Measure milk, sugar, and ice cubes.
- Add mango pulp, yogurt, milk (or water), sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth, creamy, and lightly aerated with a frappe-like foam.
- Taste once — add a splash of milk for a thinner texture or more mango pulp for richness.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass, letting the froth rise naturally to the top.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Top with a few mango cubes, a light sprinkle of cardamom, or a small mint sprig for color and aroma.
