Mango Lassi

- 1/2 cup Ripe Mango Pulp (fresh or canned, a medium sized mango)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (plain, full-fat for best taste)
- 1/4 cup Milk (chilled)
- 1–2 tbsp Sugar or Honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom Powder (a pinch)
- Ice Cubes (optional)
- Mint Leaves or Saffron Strands (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mango if using fresh fruit. Measure yogurt, milk, and sweetener.
- In a blender jar, combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar (or honey), and cardamom powder.
- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until the mixture is silky smooth and creamy.(You can pause halfway and scrape down the sides for an even blend.)
- If it’s too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of chilled milk and blend for another 5 seconds.Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking.
- Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a few saffron strands for a touch of color and aroma. Add ice cubes if you prefer it extra cold.
- Serve fresh for the best flavor and texture — it’s summer in a sip!
