Ingredients

  • 120 ml Hot Brewed Coffee
  • 50 ml Irish Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Heavy Cream, Lightly Whipped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the glass by filling it with hot water and then discarding the water.
  2. Add the brown sugar and a splash of hot coffee to the glass, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Pour in the irish whiskey.
  4. Fill the glass with hot coffee, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
  5. Gently float the lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
