Irish Coffee

- 120 ml Hot Brewed Coffee
- 50 ml Irish Whiskey
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Heavy Cream, Lightly Whipped
Instructions
- Preheat the glass by filling it with hot water and then discarding the water.
- Add the brown sugar and a splash of hot coffee to the glass, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Pour in the irish whiskey.
- Fill the glass with hot coffee, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
- Gently float the lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
