  • 1 Green Tea Bag Or 1 Tsp Loose Leaf Tea
  • Honey Or Lemon (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water to the recommended temperature for green tea (do not use boiling water).
  2. Pour the hot water over the tea bag or loose leaf tea in a mug.
  3. Steep for 2-3 minutes to prevent bitterness.
  4. Remove the tea bag or strain the loose tea.
  5. Add honey or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
