- 60 ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 15 ml Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 90 ml Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes
- Rosemary Sprig For Garnish
Instructions
- To make rosemary simple syrup: heat equal parts sugar and water with a few rosemary sprigs until sugar dissolves. let cool and steep for 30 minutes before straining.
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add the grapefruit juice and rosemary simple syrup.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
