- 60 ml Gosling’S Black Seal Rum
- 120 ml Ginger Beer
- 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice (Optional)
- Ice Cubes
- Lime Wedge For Garnish
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the ginger beer.
- Slowly float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
