- 1 cup Apple Juice (chilled, unsweetened preferred)
- 1/2 cup Sparkling Water (club soda)
- 2 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Honey or Simple Syrup (optional)
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add the apple juice and lime juice.
- Stir in honey or syrup if desired for sweetness.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with an apple slice or lime wheel.
- Serve chilled.
