- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 120 ml Milk

Instructions
- Brew strong coffee ahead of time and chill it completely. Measure milk, ice cream, and sugar (if using).
- Add chilled coffee, vanilla ice cream, milk, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and lightly aerated.
- Taste once — add more sugar for sweetness or a touch of coffee for extra depth. Blend again briefly if adjusted.
- Pour into a chilled milkshake glass and let the foam settle naturally on top.
