- 60 ml Sparkling Water
- 1 tsp Honey or Sugar Syrup
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water for 20-30 seconds until smooth and lump-free.
- Add coconut milk and honey into a mixing glass and stir for 15 seconds until creamy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, pour the matcha mixture first, then the coconut blend for a layered look.
- Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently for 5 seconds.
- Optional Garnish: Sprinkle a little matcha or add a mint sprig for freshness.
