  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  2. Add banana, milk (or plant milk), cocoa powder, peanut butter, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and lump-free.
  4. Taste once — add a drizzle of honey or a few more ice cubes depending on desired sweetness and consistency.
  5. Pour into a tall chilled glass, letting the smoothie settle with a light froth on top.
