- 3/4 cup Milk or plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat etc)
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- Ice Cubes
- Optional garnish: Cocoa dust, banana slices, or crushed nuts
Instructions
- Measure milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Keep everything chilled for best texture.
- Add banana, milk (or plant milk), cocoa powder, peanut butter, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and lump-free.
- Taste once — add a drizzle of honey or a few more ice cubes depending on desired sweetness and consistency.
- Pour into a tall chilled glass, letting the smoothie settle with a light froth on top.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add banana slices, a dusting of cocoa powder, or a sprinkle of crushed peanuts for texture and presentation.
