- Blend Add ice cream, milk, and caramel sauce to a blender. Blend for 20–30 seconds until thick and velvety.
- Pour and finish Pour into a chilled milkshake glass, letting the caramel swirl naturally through the shake.
- Garnish Garnish (optional): Drizzle caramel sauce on top or along the inside of the glass. Add whipped cream if desired for an extra-indulgent touch.
