- 1/2 cup Cooked Tapioca Pearls
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 200 ml Cold Milk
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar and water, and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until thick and syrupy.
- Add cooked tapioca pearls and stir for another 1-2 minutes until they’re evenly coated and glossy.
- Spoon pearls and syrup into the bottom of a tall glass, swirling slightly for the marbled look.
- Add ice cubes, then pour in cold milk slowly to preserve the pattern.
- Optional Garnish: Sprinkle a touch of brown sugar on top or torch lightly for a crème brûlée finish.
- Optional: Use oat milk for extra creaminess or add a splash of vanilla for depth.
