Ingredients

  • 15 g Coarsely Ground Coffee
  • 250 ml Hot Water (93°C)

Instructions

  1. Boil water to the desired temperature.
  2. Place coffee grounds in a french press or pour-over filter.
  3. Slowly pour a small amount of water over the grounds to let them bloom for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the remaining water in a circular motion.
  5. If using a french press, let it steep for 4 minutes before pressing.
  6. Serve hot.
