Black Coffee
A simple and classic coffee preparation method that involves brewing coffee grounds in hot water without any added milk, cream, or sugar. It is known for its pure, unadulterated coffee flavor.

- 15 g Coarsely Ground Coffee
- 250 ml Hot Water (93°C)
Instructions
- Boil water to the desired temperature.
- Place coffee grounds in a french press or pour-over filter.
- Slowly pour a small amount of water over the grounds to let them bloom for 30 seconds.
- Pour the remaining water in a circular motion.
- If using a french press, let it steep for 4 minutes before pressing.
- Serve hot.
