- Total Time: 2 minutes
- Yield: 1 Glass 1x
Ingredients
Scale
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- Ice Cubes
- Orange Slice For Garnish (Optional)
Instructions
- Place a rocks glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill with ice water to pre-chill — this helps the drink stay crisp.
- Add a large ice cube (or several smaller ones) to the glass. Pour in gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth directly over the ice.
- Stir slowly for 20–30 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly diluted for a smooth balance.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add an orange slice or express the oils from an orange peel over the glass, then drop it in for an aromatic finish.
- Enjoy your Negroni chilled — complex, bittersweet, and effortlessly sophisticated.
- Optional tip: Try a Negroni Sbagliato by swapping gin for sparkling wine, or a White Negroni using Suze and Lillet Blanc for a lighter twist.
