Pisco Sour

- 60 ml Pisco
- 30 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 20 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Angostura Bitters For Garnish
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white (without ice).
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a few drops of angostura bitters on top of the foam.
