- 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White (Optional)
- Soda Water
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (without ice).
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds (dry shake).
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water and serve.
