Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Lychee flesh or lychee juice (or lychee juice)
  • 3/4 cup Chilled Coconut Milk
  • 12 tsp Sugar (optional)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lychee fruit, mint sprig, or coconut flakes (Optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Use fresh or canned lychees and chilled coconut milk. Measure sugar as per taste and keep a few lychees aside for garnish.
  2. Add lychee flesh (or juice), coconut milk, sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until thick, creamy, and evenly frothy.
  4. If too thick, add a splash of coconut milk; if too thin, add a few more lychees or ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour into a chilled tall glass and let the creamy top settle naturally.
  6. Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a lychee on the rim, sprinkle coconut flakes, or top with a mint sprig for freshness.
  7. Enjoy chilled — tropical, aromatic, and delightfully creamy.
  8. Optional tip: Add a spoon of vanilla ice cream for a dessert-style twist or a few drops of rose water for a floral note.
