- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1–2 tsp Sugar
- Pinch of Black Salt
- Pinch of Roasted Cumin
- 4–5 Mint Leaves
- Ice Cubes
- Mint sprig or lemon wheel (Optional garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse mint leaves and lightly crush them between your palms to release aroma. Keep all ingredients chilled.
- In a highball glass, combine chilled water, lemon juice, sugar, black salt, roasted cumin, and mint leaves.
- Fill the glass completely with ice cubes and stir gently for 15–20 seconds until the sugar dissolves and the flavors blend evenly.
- Add a pinch more salt or cumin for a stronger masala edge, or extra sugar for balance.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a mint sprig or a thin lemon wheel on top for a fresh, vibrant touch.
- Enjoy chilled — tangy, spiced, and wonderfully refreshing with every sip.
