Quick rice-and-milk style horchata with cinnamon over ice.

  • 3/4 cup Cold Milk (or dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tbsp Finely Ground Soaked Rice or Rice Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 12 tsp Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Set out a clean serving glass.
  2. Fill the glass completely with fresh ice.
  3. Add all listed ingredients (except the ice) directly into the glass.
  4. Stir gently until evenly combined and well chilled.
  5. Garnish as specified in the recipe, if applicable, and serve immediately.
