Quick rice-and-milk style horchata with cinnamon over ice.

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Cold Milk (or dairy-free)
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 1 tbsp Finely Ground Soaked Rice or Rice Flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1–2 tsp Sugar
- Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Set out a clean serving glass.
- Fill the glass completely with fresh ice.
- Add all listed ingredients (except the ice) directly into the glass.
- Stir gently until evenly combined and well chilled.
- Garnish as specified in the recipe, if applicable, and serve immediately.
