- 1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Spinach (packed)
- 3/4 cup Coconut Water or Water
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Ice Cubes
- Optional garnish: Pineapple slice, mint sprig, or chia seeds
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain well. Measure out pineapple chunks and coconut water.
- Add pineapple, spinach, coconut water (or water), lime juice, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until creamy, bright green, and free of leafy bits.
- If too thick, add a splash of water; if too light, add a few extra pineapple chunks and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall chilled glass.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Add a pineapple slice or mint sprig on top, or sprinkle chia seeds for texture and nutrition.
