- 1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)

Instructions
- Measure milk, ice cream, cardamom, pistachios, and sugar. Keep all ingredients chilled for the best texture.
- Add cold milk, vanilla ice cream (if using), cardamom powder, chopped pistachios, sugar, and a few ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until creamy and thick, with a soft kulfi-like consistency.
- Taste once — add a splash of milk if you prefer a lighter shake, or another scoop of ice cream for extra richness.
- Pour the shake into a chilled tall glass, letting the frothy top settle naturally.
- Garnish beautifully (optional): Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top, add a few saffron strands, or drizzle a touch of malai for an authentic kulfi feel.
