Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 34 Tulsi Leaves (lightly bruised)
  • 1 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Chilled Water
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Place a highball glass in the fridge for a few minutes or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.
  2. Pour pineapple juice, lime juice, and chilled water into the glass.
  3. Lightly bruise 3–4 tulsi leaves between your palms to release aroma, then drop them into the drink.
  4. Add ice cubes and stir gently for 45–60 seconds until well combined and icy cold.
  5. Top with a fresh tulsi sprig or a lime wheel.
  6. Serve immediately.
